You deal with one person throughout the project instead of juggling multiple contractors.

A good addition doesn’t look like an addition. It looks original. This means matching your existing roofline so there’s no obvious transition. Siding and trim need to match or complement what’s already there. Inside, floor heights need to align, and transitions between old and new spaces should flow naturally.
